Planning (also called forethought) is the process of thinking about and organizing the activities required to achieve a desired goal. It involves the creation and maintenance of a plan, such as psychological aspects that require conceptual skills. There are even a couple of tests to measure someone’s capability as well. As such, it is a fundamental property of intelligent behavior.

Planning:

CONSERVATION BY PLANNING

A systematic approach that determines where to work, what to conserve, what strategies we should use and how effective we have been.

WORKING WITH INDIGENOUS PEOPLE

A “Commitment to People, Communities and Cultures” is a central part of The Environment Protection Organization’s core values. We are committed to local, on the ground involvement; we treat peoples with fairness and honesty; and we work collaboratively to develop practical conservation solutions.

PURSUING DIVERSITY

The Environment Protection Organization has a strong and abiding commitment to diversity in 3 its workforce and in the people and groups with which it works. We recognize the Organization’s mission is best advanced by the leadership and contributions of men and women of diverse backgrounds, beliefs and cultures.

WORKING WITH COMPANIES

The Environment Protection Organization has recognized that the private sector has an important role to play in advancing our conservation mission.
